We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2018, at the age of 76, Joseph C. Carter Jr. (Lacey, Washington), born in Wickenburg, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Arline Scott (Robert) and Gerald Carter (Karen); and his siblings, Randolph, Louise Campbell (Jeff) and Joanne Torres (Victor). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Memorial Donations may be made to Sacred Heart Food Bank or the Wounded Warrior Program.
