He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Edwards and Alma Edwards; and his wife Alice Edwards.
He was a man of many passions: donating nearly 15 gallons of blood in his lifetime, racing his own car on oval clay tracks, flying his personal aircraft, scuba diving, and exploring the country in two well-loved motorhomes.
