With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Medley of Lakewood, Washington, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Moseid and Alma Moseid; her son Mark; her husband Don Medley; and her brother Don Moseid.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Maxey (Jerry) and Jason Medley (Chris); her grandchildren, Joey Schaefer, Maizy Smith, Emma Jansen, Darby Medley and Riley Medley; and her great grandchildren, Arthur, Morgan Jansen and Lyla Smith.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home - Garden Chapel (4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499). A reception will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
