It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Jane Kooistra (Lynden, Washington), who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Edward Kooistra and Anneke Kooistra; her brother Sid Kooistra (Jackie); her siblings' children, Joshua and Rachel (Cody); her brother Edward; and her siblings' children, Amanda (Kevin), Jonathan (Stephanie) and Daniel (Leah). She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and cousins.
