Brenton Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2021, at the age of 97, Brenton Smith (Lynden, Washington), born in Indianola, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Effie Jane Noble Smith and James Raymond Smith; his sons, Michael B. Smith (Jeanne) and Stanley J. Smith; his former life partner Mary Margaret Prevost Smith; his wife Marilyn Peterson Smith; his daughter-in-law Patricia Collins Smith; and his grandchildren, Alison Smith, Jennifer Johnson (Eric), Jonathan Smith (Heather), Matthew Smith (Monica), Colin Smith (Erin), Megan Mellema (Gary), Timothy Smith and Lindsay Louis (Klayton). He was also cherished by 23 great grandchildren.
