She was predeceased by : her parents, Barney Eiene and Joan Eiene (Haveman); her husband Jim Lagerwey; her stepmother Alice Eiene; her brother Ken Eiene; and her niece Erin Clanton.

She is survived by : her children, Teri (Marty Hilt), Lori (Kevin Visser), Joel Lagerwey (Mary Lyn) and Darren Lagerwey (Luanne). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
