Catherine Stap Broersma Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Stap Broersma (Lynden, Washington), who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stap and Alice Stap (DeJong); her husband Lloyd Broersma; and her siblings, Adeline Stap and Jacob Stap.
She is survived by: her children, Ron (Kathy Broersma), Jim Broersma, Doug (Terhi Broersma), Janice Faber and Mary (Rodney Long); and her sisters, Joan (Ray Stuit), Yvonne (Marshall Zoerink) and Lorraine (Dick Katte). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and an expected great-great-grandchild.
Memorials can be made to Lynden Christian Schools or Ebenezer Christian School.
