She was predeceased by: her parents, Tjepke Smits and Jitske Smits; and her sister Ann Bruinsma. She is survived by: her spouse Jelle Zylstra (Jim); her child Josephine Kobylk (Steven) of Nancy, Kenneth; her grandchildren, Bill Van De (Rebecca), Lindi Quesnel (Jed), Brian Van De (Kathleen) and Shelley Rot (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Daniella, Jacob, Juliette, Madelyn and Lyndsey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
