He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Tjoelker and Ruby Tjoelker (Haveman); his wife Gertrude; his daughters, Kathie Eshuis (Larry) and Kelli Parsons of Lynden; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hoekema (Jim), Jason Eshuis, Amy Worden, Dwight Worden (Emily) and Layton Parsons (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Jennessa, Jami Hoekema, Tristan, Riane Eshuis, Laci Worden, Peyton, Kylie and Levi Parsons; and his son-in-law Robert Parsons.
