With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hu Hyun Kim of Marysville, Washington, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2025 at the age of 88. Though Hu has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sung Bae Kim and Su Myung Park. He is survived by: his wife Jong Hwan Bae; his children, Jaemin (Mikyung), Jaeho and Christy (Jonghyuk); and his grandchildren, Peter, Dyna, David and Juno.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Floral Hills Cemetery (409 Filbert Rd, Lynnwood, WA 98036). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
