It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Jeanne Carpenter of Marysville, Washington, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her daughter Kimberley Armstrong. She is survived by : her former life partner Gary Hill; her husband Bill Carpenter; her sons, Troy Hill (Paul Verano) and Doug Hill (Julie); and her grandchildren, Janice, Joseph Low and Grace Low. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
