It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Anne Muralt (Marysville, Washington), born in Cross Timbers, Missouri, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her daughter Tonyalee Laughlin; her parents, John Thomas McCarty and Marie Parsons; and her siblings, Joyce Blankenship, William McCarty, James McCarty and Gary McCarty.

She is survived by : her children, Kamera Muralt, Douglas Muralt and Martha "Marty" Doherty (Bob Doherty); her grandchildren, Melissa Podeszwa (Ty Podeszwa), Sean Reich (Kim Reich), Heather Newman (Wes Newman), Christian Halvorson, Adam Muralt, John Muralt and Grace Muralt; and her great grandchildren, Ella Podeszwa, Emme Reich, Kai Reich and Greyson Newman.
