He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Leithem (Flamm); his children, Jason of McCleary and Jessica of McCleary; his siblings, Bill Leithem (Norine) of Sugar Grove, Illinois, Kathy Mallory (Gary) of Aurora and Pat St (Dale); and his parents-in-law, Barbara Flamm, Rosemary Wirtel, Larry, Marie Flamm, Steve, Jennifer Flamm, Mark and Ann Flamm.
