He was predeceased by : his parent NatureBridge; his children, Karen Holley Creech and Christopher Holley of Santa Barbara, CA; and his son-in-law Glenn Creech. He is survived by : his wife Gerry; and his grandchildren, David Creech and Daniella Creech (Rie Zilly).
