She was predeceased by : her parents, Heinrich Niehaus and Christine Niehaus. She is survived by : her husband Donald Sandstrom; her son Ian Sandstrom (Bernadette); her grandchildren, Kelsey Sandstrom, Nathan Sandstrom and Logan Sandstrom; and her siblings, Nikolaus Niehaus (Patricia) and Christine Paul (Guenter).
