He was predeceased by : his wife Betty Borracchini; and his parents, Mario Borracchini and Maria Borracchini. He is survived by : his family, Lisa Desimone (Paul), Nannette Heye (Jim) and Mimi Norris (John); his grandchildren, Maria Radtke (Jared), Matthew Heye (Susan), Carmella Del Rosso (Adam), Ryan Heye (Elizabeth), Garren Heye (Maddie), Brandon Norris and Dominic Norris (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Owen Heye, Lilly, Annalina Radtke, Julia, Joshua Heye and Odin Del Rosso; and his children, Lisa, Nannette, Mimi, Lily, Dino, Angelo, Remo and Antoinette.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Remo's name may be made to ALS Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
