She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Curfman and Orine Curfman (Kenneth); her son Lester; and her siblings, Deon and Lloyd.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hathaway; her sons, Larry of Mesa, Donald of Mesa and David (Julie) of Mesa; her grandchildren, Daniel of Connell and Kati (Tito Gonzalez) of Pasco; and her sister Donna of Vancouver, WA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
