He is survived by : his children, Kurtis Leithold (Sarah) of Olympia, WA, Kristie Bell (Brian) of Elma, WA and Tina Davis of Olympia, WA; and his siblings, David Leithold (Sandy) of Montesano, Phillip Leithold (Karen) of Elma, WA, Tim Leithold (Molly) of Cosmopolis, Phyliss Ulakovich (Louis) of Elma, WA, Debbie Burgess (Rod) of Hoquiam, WA, Barbara McMichael (Dave) of Aberdeen, WA and Laurie Smith (Tim) of Cosmopolis, WA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
