He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lyne and Catherine Lyne (Murtha); and his brothers, Edward and Charles. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Schultz; his daughter Jennifer Brown (Tony); and his sister Marie Montalbano of LaPlace.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the cancer Institute of America in Andy's name.
