He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Mooney Sr. and Buenta Hendricks; his brothers, Don and Mike; his daughter Terry; and his son-in-law Mike Connolly.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Mancinelli; his family, Terry, Janie, Jim, Donna and Don of Mooney's Auto Service; his sister Cheryl Grant; his children, Janie Steward (Dave), Jim Mooney (Lisa), Donna Mooney and Don Mooney (Leona); his grandchildren, Shaun Steward (April), Josh Steward (Katie), Jill Connolly (Dave), Katie Douglas (Matt), Matt Messmer Mooney (Leah) and Eric Mooney (Lydia); and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Jack, Sadie, Angela, Hartlee, Michael, Gracie and Connor.
The military honors will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Odessa Cemetery.
