He was predeceased by : his parents, Bruce Noblitt and Nellie Noblitt; his siblings, Lois Simms and Paul Noblitt; his great grandchild Merrell Monger; his niece Kathi Jo Morgan; and his nephew Steve Tuttle.
He is survived by : his wife Ruby; his children, Terry, Betsy, Tony, Eric and Aaron; his stepchildren, Danielle, Tami, Bryan and Brad; and his siblings, Voorheis, Geneva Freeman, Ragon, Kay Pye and Chloe Pearce. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
