She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Braack and Gertrude Braack; her former husband E. Wesley Musselman; and her sisters, Shirley and Celcile.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Drake; and her children, Joni (Bob Zimmerman), Cindy (Tim Nelson), Randy (Kirsten Young) and Susan Musselman (Kirk Campbell). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and three brothers.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Joan's name to the Cancer Care Center through the Skagit Regional Health Foundation, or the Humane Society of Skagit County.
