With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Welch (Moxee, Washington), born in Tacoma, Washington, who passed away on August 12, 2019 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Welch to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his wife Penny Lince Stotsenberg; his children, Greg Stotsenberg Jr. (Abby), Tim (Kyleen), Ryan, Shannon and Matte; his grandsons, Tyler Welch and Daniel Stotsenberg; and his siblings, Kathleen "Kathy" Cherry (Dwight) and John Stockton (Laura). He is also survived by numerous sisters and brothers-in laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
