She was predeceased by : her parents, George Johnson and Mildred Johnson (Spencer); her brothers, George, Stanley and Bob Johnson; and her sister-in-law Marie Johnson.

She is survived by : her husband Walter Cyr; her children, Dale Cyr (Rhonda), Diann Burbridge (Kermit), Beverly Dahl (Randy), Phillip Cyr (Lori) and Raymond Cyr; and her grandchildren, Chad Cyr, Adam Cyr (Chrissy), Kipp Cyr, Aaron Cyr, Todd Dellinger (Heidi), Tanya Harper (Jonny), Jamie Cyr and Amber Cyr. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
