He is survived by : his wife Candace; his daughters, Cheryl (Ryan), Jen (Tyson) and Leslie; his grandchildren, Madison, Riley, Sydney, Tegan and Ryder; his siblings, Dan, Tom (Betty) and Ann; and his sister-in-law Heidi. He is also survived by cousins, and countless friends.
