He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A Sampair and Mildred Hart Sampair. He is survived by: his children, Pam Foss (Dave) of Montesano, Jeri Ross (Fred) of Oak Harbor, Teri Goodrich (Kevin) of Westport and Rich Sampair of Central Park; his nephews, Stan Sampair and Roger Sampair; and his daughter-in-law Connie Sampair. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
