She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Doyle Wilcox and Mary Wilcox (South); her children, David Vopnford (Terri), Kenneth Vopnford (Kimberly), Karen Barker, Jacob Vopnford (Janie) and Christopher Vopnford (Dena); her husband Richard Noahr; and her siblings, Walter Wilcox, Mary Hull (Wilcox), Doyle Wilcox Jr. and Winona Carter (Wilcox). She was also cherished by her husband; ten children; 28 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.
