He was predeceased by : his mother Frances Vanatta. He is survived by : his father Jerry Vanatta; his children, Bradley, Chad, Kellilynn, Brandi and Brittany; and his siblings, Jerry Dale, Nina and Mandy. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
