He is survived by: his wife Melissa McCracken; his daughters, Cyndi Gamble Trogden of Phoenix, Kelly Companioni of Phoenix and Stephanie Deckys of Bothell, Washington; and his stepsons, John Muller of Auburn, Bill Johnson of Roseville and Mike Johnson of Onalaska. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
