She was predeceased by: her parents, George Earl and Ada Mae Adkins (Meadows); her former husbands, George W. Hultberg and Charles Robert Sample; her half-sister Shirley Cole; and her daughter Edna Richards.
She is survived by: her children, John Hultberg (Janet) of Prosser, Lloyd Hultberg (Nancy) of Prosser, Glen Hultberg (Rebecca) of Medical Lake and Linda Elhard (Darrold) of Buckley; and her half-sister Earlene Grass. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
