He was predeceased by : his parents, Cora Ann Greeney and DeWitt Lewis; and his brother Clayton. He is survived by : his former life partner Rosanne Freeman; his daughter Katherine Marie; his wife Linda Ashley; his daughter Kathy Poole (Dennis); his siblings, DeWitt, David Lewis (Joe) and Carole Weling (Jim); and his pet Roscoe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Instead of flowers the family would love to have remembrances made to the Red Cross, the local animal shelter, Wags to Riches, Yakima Bethel Nazarene or a charity of your choice.
