He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Polovina and Dorothy Polovina; his wife Susan Rae Polovina of Redmond, WA; his sister Ramona Frances Polovina; his daughters, Carrie Lee Orrico of Issaquah, WA and Kimberly Ann Wood of Redmond, WA; his grandchildren, Joseph, Brianna, Megan, Brandon, Mathew and Dakota; and his great grandchildren, Jayla, Braylon, Remmy, Kevin and Wynter.
The family suggests remembrances to the Alzheimers research foundation.
