She is survived by: her spouse Stanley George Hammersmith; her children, Susan Elizabeth (Freden) of Manson, Catherine Ann of Kirkland and John Robert of Kirkland; her grandchildren, Kirsten Freden and Landon Freden; her daughter Mary Lou; her siblings, Nels, Marie, Betty and Edith; and also Western Electric.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations in her memory be made to the Arboretum Foundation.
