It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Dale Foster (Renton, Washington), born in Spearfish, South Dakota, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bay Foster and Gertrude G. Foster (Willsie); his son Michael Dale Foster; his siblings, Ray Foster, Everett Foster, Wesley Foster, Fae E. Rainey and Lola Mae Foster; and his wife Lorraine Garceau.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey J. Foster and Sue Foster; his grandchildren, Kara Peters (Adam), Amanda Foster, Matthew Lambertsen and Mark Lambertsen; his great grandchildren, Sloan P. Kilpatrick-Foster and Oliver Dale Peters; and his daughter Suzette Marie. He is also survived by relatives and very close friends.
