He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Earl Packard. He is survived by: his father Floyd Lamonde Packard, Sr.; and his mother-in-law Judy Lynn James. He is also survived by his wife, five children and their spouses, 20 grandchildren, his father, and 13 siblings and their spouses.
