She was predeceased by: her parents, Remedios Lobo and Remigio Lobo; her siblings, Arturo (Chris), Ruben (Grace) and O'Felia "Ofie" (Cornell); and her niece Maria Isabelle (Tony).
She is survived by: her siblings, Conrad (Sherrill) and Sue (Peter). She is also survived by her family and friends.
Irma volunteered on parish councils and various committees at St. Benedict and Sacred Heart churches for many years, and she donated to several charities.
