With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Frederick Ambur formerly of Seattle, Washington, who passed away on September 20, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Oscar F. Ambur and Mary Alice Jeckell; his wife Jo Ann; his children, Kenneth (Cynthia Jordan), Patricia, Katherine (Al Gragg) and David (Karin); his grandchildren, Amanda, Jacqueline, Steven, Jessica and Josie; his sister Marilyn Phelps; and his sister-in-law Patricia Aaron. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
