He was predeceased by: his pets, Moose and Brutus. He is survived by: his wife Elisa; his daughter Halley; his parents, Urban Seay and Susie Seay; his brother Weston Seay (Lauren); and his pet Bonnie.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Andy's honor to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing mental health research.
