He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Lee Turner and Audrey Faye Turner (Dockins); and his brother Steve Turner. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Turner; his children, Gayelynn Davis (Tommy) and Joseph Turner; his grandchildren, Amber Williams, Joseph Williams, Kenneth Williams and Maggie Davis; his great grandchildren, Spencer and Olive; and his siblings, Terri Storlie (Tom) and Kevin Turner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The Turner family asks that donations be made to Central Lutheran Church or the Yakima Humane Society.
