He is survived by : his parents, Felicitas Fernandez Roman and Guillermo Peralta Alvarez; his brothers, Antonio Peralta (Alicia), Guillermo (Nikki), Mauricio (Ana) and Hugo (Desiree); his wife Rhea Lenore Peralta; his stepdaughter Courtney Rose Hernandez; his daughters, Isabella Marie, Lilee Felisa and Sophia Marela Peralta; his parents-in-law, Ruben Hernandez and Anne Desmarais; and also, Aunts and Uncles. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
