He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Bena and Helen Hulse; his sons, William Bena and Brad Bena; and his grandson Justin Bena.
He is survived by: his spouse Bernadine Ricard; his children, Billy, Bobby, Bradley and Tammy; his wife Lillian Bena of Selah; his children, Robert Bena (Cheryl) of Yakima and Caroline Lambert (Roger) of Yakima; his stepchildren, Steven Finley (Judy) of Tonasket, Robert Finley (Sheryl) of Port Orchard, Ronda Burton (Dave) of Richland, LeAnn Oconner of Spokane and Tammy Creighton (John) of Innisfail; his sisters, Charlotte Steiner (Paul) of Spanaway, Marcella Wright of Spanaway and Carol Hart of Tacoma; and also, Steven, Robert, Ronda and LeAnn. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one grandson.
