He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Crouch and Marjorie Crouch; his brother Jimmy; and his great grandchild Brody Smith. He is survived by: his spouses, Kathryn Brazzil and Judy Pettyjohn; his brother Denny Crouch of Los Angeles; his children, Denise Bishop (Bryce) of Lincoln City, OR, Tom Crouch (Jennifer) of Yakima, Darin Crouch of Yakima and Shelley Cyr (Roy) of Selah; and his stepchildren, Wayne Pettyjohn (Kelli) of Selah and Sharra Dawn "Mickey" of Akron. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
