He was predeceased by : his grandchild Maverick. He is survived by : his former life partner Chris Kaul; his wife Anne BeVier; his pet Formula; his children, Tod (Rachel) and Ian (Barbara); his grandchildren, Mandy, Micah, Makai, Moses and Marvel; and his siblings, Kathy Ambrose, Thomas McDowell, Mary McDowell, Michael McDowell and Malcolm McDowell.
