He is survived by: his wife Laura Yoshihara; his children, Krista Zimmerman, Edgar Yoshihara, Elizabeth Bostrom, Kyla Diffenderfer, Paul Yoshihara Jr., Sarah Yoshihara and Lorrelle Klinger; his siblings, Yukio Yoshihara (Bob), Aiko Abe (Kay), Emiko Ambo (Emi), Takeshi Yoshihara (Tak), Yoshiko Florence Fujiwara and John Nobuyoshi Yoshihara; and his husband Heavenly.
