He is survived by: his wife Theresa Willeford; his daughter Kristine Marie Hathaway of Portland; his stepson Michael Willeford of South Bend; and his siblings, Beth Howe of Hoquiam, Loren C. of Montesano and Gerald W. (River) of John.
