He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Bailey Osburn and Esther Lydia Mork Osburn; his wife Esther; his children, James (Helen), John of Brisbane, Jeff (Michelle) of Murietta and Janet of Livermore, California; his siblings, Dianne Wilkerson (Jim), John Osburn (Ditas) of Palm Springs and Susan Lopeman of Federal Way, Washington; and his stepchildren, Ken Mork (Jocelyn), Gary Mork (Jenny), Julie Peterson (Scott), Ray Yost (Claudine), Roger Yost (Gayle), Ronda Fullerton (John) and Renatta Yost. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He had been in poor health for several years and this left him vulnerable to COVID-19 which caused his kidneys to fail completely.
