He is survived by: his parents, Kennith Boothe and Merna Boothe; his wife Nicole; his children, Kenny (Jamie), Trae, Sheldon (Kenzie), Camille (Aaron) and Katelyn; his grandchildren, Oliver, Andie, Aubrey, Beckham and Baker; and his siblings, Jeff (Stacy), Pam (Grant) and Lori (Paul). He is also survived by his wife, children and especially his grandchildren.
