He is survived by : his sister Kathleen Heffernan (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Anthony "Tony" (Julie), Theresa Utesch (Jeff), Edward "Ed" (Tina), Alan, David (Robin), Janine Jones (Mike) and Thomas "Tom" (Jamie); his grandchildren, Jennifer Glen (Chris), Katie Ewing (Miles), Nickolas, Jamie McCarthy (Chris), Mathew Utesch (Sarah), Christina Thompson (Greg), Andrea, Vanessa Rebstock (Turner) and Erin Gould (JT); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Bailey Plummers (Caleb), Spencer, Gracie, StellaRose and Sawyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
