He is survived by: his children, Karen Slentz of Spokane, WA and Christine Slentz; his brothers, Richard "Dick" Slentz (Peggy) of Yuma, AZ, Lawrence "Larry" Slentz (Kathy) of Carlisle, PA and Samuel "Sam" Slentz of Bellevue, WA; and his sister-in-law Laura Slentz (Bill) of Spokane, WA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
