She was predeceased by : her parents, Georgia Morris and Victor Morris; her daughter Vicki; her husbands, Albert Koziuk of Chewelah, WA. and William Churchill; her siblings, Anna Mae, Arthur, Hollis and Charles; and her stepdaughter Lori.

She is survived by : her children, Paul, Diane, Sonya and Glen; and her stepdaughters, Kim and Marcie.
